To All My Existing Couples:
This is an unprecedented time for us all, I myself am struggling as whole industries I work in regularly have been shut down for the foreseeable future.
I wanted to reassure on you on the steps I’m taking to make everything a little easier for all of us.
As venues and churches have started to cancel and rearrange wedding dates up to the end of June and some, even in early July. I wanted to reach out to you before you are forced to book another date and ask that you make sure you come to me first with your options for your new date before confirming the booking. If you book the new date first this will make the situation very complicated as I have already experienced.
I will accommodate you best I can to make sure we can still capture your day but if you confirm a date with your venue before contacting us it’s likely you may book a date we are already booked with another couple, this is not a situation that is good for anyone, so please contact me as soon as you have any potential new dates for your wedding day.
In the worst case and we are already booked for your rescheduled wedding date, I will try my best to find you an alternative photographer or videographer.
Deposits are non-refundable as you already know but I will guarantee your new wedding date with no extra or hidden charges if we can still fulfil the booking.
